The EMS ID have 13 digits (numbers) and include a prefix of 2 letters, 9 digits (numbers) and a suffix of 2 letters. The letter “E” is a prefix and represent the express mail. The next letter is a sequence number like, for ex.; Ea, Eb, or Ec

What is the valid period for the EMS tracking number?
The tracking info is generally displayed 4 hours after the posting time.
Domestic Shipments: 1 Year from the shipping date.
International Shipments: 4 months from the next day of shipping date.
China Express Shipments: 4 months from the shipping date.
